Full service birth doula package includes:

  • 3-4 pre-natal visits

  • On-call support for labor and birth (beginning at 38 weeks)

  • Emotional & educational support throughout gestation

  • Informational and resource navigation support

  • Birth preference planning support

  • 1 postpartum visit

  • Both in-person and virtual options available

Rates:

$800-$1,500 sliding scale 

Individual services:

  • Birth preferences planning support

    • 1 one-hour meeting (virtual or in-person)

    • custom designed birth preferences plan

    • rate: $50-$100 sliding scale
