This big group, a-la-carte, session of Birth Class For Every Body is session 3 of the complete course. In this 2-hour live class, we’ll talk through what to expect from medical care during labor and birth, and how to navigate self-advocacy within a medicalized birth. We’ll talk through the ins and outs of many common medical interventions, and break down tools for retaining autonomy in a potentially stressful and pressured environment.

This public offering of Birth Class For Every Body is intended to bring together people in all positions of closeness to the experience of labor and birth- from folks planning to give birth themselves, to folks who are curious about what their friends and neighbors may go through in their childbirth experiences.

Tickets are based on an always sliding scale pricing model. If you’re looking for some guidance about where on the sliding scale to locate yourself, here’s a suggestion:

• $15-$25: Households making under $60,000 annually

• $30-$40: Households between $60,000 and $90,000

• $40-$50: Households making over $90,000 annually
